Found a file that doesn’t parse, or want an analyzer for another export? We’d like to hear it.

Please never email us your export file. It contains personal data, and we don’t want it. Instead, tell us the service, the file name and the column headings (the first line of a CSV, or the names of the fields in a JSON file). That is usually enough to add support.
Useful things to include
- Which analyzer you used and what you expected to see
- The error message, if any
- Your browser and device
- For layouts we don’t support: the column headings only, with any personal values removed
